Richard ("Tad") Ferris
Principal, Beveridge and Diamond, P.C. Mr. Ferris is an attorney specializing in international environment, health and safety (EHS) issues with a focus on China. He is an expert on EHS law and lawmaking in China and advises Chinese government entities and transnational corporations on EHS issues.

Brian Rohan
Associate Director, American Bar Association Asia Law Initiative. Mr. Rohan is an attorney specializing in environmental law and currently coordinates the ABA's China Environmental Governance Training Program.
