　　《甘肃省人民政府关于废止〈甘肃省宗教事务管理暂行规定〉的决定》，已经2005年7月30日省政府第71次常务会议讨论通过，现予公布。

甘肃省人民政府关于废止《甘肃省宗教事务管理暂行规定》的决定

　　2005年7月30日甘肃省政府第71次常务会议决定：1991年11月16日发布的《甘肃省宗教事务管理暂行规定》，从既日起予以废止。有关宗教事务管理方面的工作，按照国务院《宗教事务条例》的规定执行。
